At Tech Gadget Sdn Bhd, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from techsgadget.online

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included

  • The product is not a non-returnable item (see Section 6)


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at admin@techsgadget.online with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our customer service team will respond with return instructions

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided

Please do not return any items without prior authorization from our support team.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Tech Gadget Sdn Bhd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item:

  • It will be inspected within 3–5 business days

  • If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed

  • You will be notified via email regarding the outcome


5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Opened software, memory cards, or storage devices

  • Used earphones, headphones, or wearable tech for hygiene reasons

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the case


8. Warranty Claims

Some products may be covered under manufacturer warranties. For such items:

  • Warranty coverage and duration will be stated on the product page

  • Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy

  • We may assist in facilitating claims where possible
